Nassau County Main Street Recovery Grant Program (MSRGP)

On May 2, 2023, Nassau County announced a total of $10 million in COVID-19 Recovery grants for small businesses and nonprofits under the Nassau County Main Street Recovery Grant Program (MSRGP). Grants of $10,000 per business will be awarded for eligible businesses with 50 or fewer full-time equivalent employees and less than $5 million in 2021 and 2022 gross revenues. Eligible funding uses include commercial rent, utilities, inventory, emergency maintenance and other operating expenses. Business owners will need to submit documentation to show hardships related to the pandemic. Businesses are not eligible if they received a grant from the County in the last three years. Interested business owners can contact the County's third party Program Administrator, National Development Council, via email at NCMSRecovery@ndconline.org.


Small Business COVID-19 Recovery Loan Program

Nassau County launched the Boost Nassau Small Business Recovery Loan Program as part of the New York Forward Loan Fund (NYFLF) announced by Governor Cuomo on May 22, 2020 to offer critical stabilization loans to Nassau’s small businesses, MWBEs and non-profits hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
